  • Facilitate and support all scrum events in the organization, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, backlog grooming and sprint retrospective
  •  
  • Develop plans, task lists and interdependencies for cross-department and cross-team projects and manage those plans from project initiation through successful completion
  •  
  • Follow up on all project resources on a regular basis to obtain status, addressing and escalating issues as needed, clearing obstacles, resolving bottlenecks, and maintaining clear communications to stakeholders
  •  
  • Propose improvements to the Scrum process, and own their implementation with the teams
  •  
  • Promote a good relationship between the Scrum teams and product owners as well as others outside the team
  •  
  • Protect the Scrum team(s) from outside interruptions and distractions
  •  
  • Coordinate clear handoffs of new technology from research prototypes to production integration and deployment between Innovation, AI processing platform, and and Engineering teams
  •  
  • Coach the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skills, domain knowledge and effective communication

 

  • Minimum 3 years leading multiple Scrum teams as Scrum Master or 3 years of project development experience on an Agile Team
  •  
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
  •  
  • Ability to adapt to rapid changes
  •  
  • Strong formal and informal leadership skills
  •  
  • Ability to pivot between multiple projects
  •  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-department role
  •  
  • Strong proficiency with office productivity tools, JIRA and project management software
  •  
  • Experience with and knowledge of Computer Vision and/or Machine Learning concepts
  •  
  • Knowledge and experience with multiple agile frameworks / methods (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), and an understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
  •  
  • A degree in engineering, computer science or other relevant technical fields
